Hi everyone! In today´s post, I am facing a challenge that teachers have to deal with every day: behaviour management. There are various theories and technniques that can be applied to different case scenarios. Today, I am going to speak from my own experience. Although I consider myself an experienced teacher, the youngest students can still be difficult to control. There is  only one thing in their heads: play. How do we find a balance between being strict and being nice? In my case, gamification usually works. I personally define gamification as a way of making kids do what you want, as they believe is not an obligation but a game. Let´s talk about Class Dojo. Apart of its design, very attractive and easy to see, it brings to the classroom a good way of recording children behaviour. Some positive points are already designed for you to use straight away, but if you want to remove some, you will have to change the settings. Besides, the app can be easily updated at any moment.
