Hi everyone! In today´s post, I am facing a challenge that teachers have to deal with every day: behaviour management. There are various theories and technniques that can be applied to different case scenarios. Today, I am going to speak from my own experience. Although I consider myself an experienced teacher, the youngest students can still be difficult to control. There is  only one thing in their heads: play. How do we find a balance between being strict and being nice? In my case, gamification usually works.
